Friday June 13th 6:00-8:00 p.m. Old Fashioned Southern Cook-out followed by MOS&B Oratory Contest- Honey Bowen Building, Statesboro-Bulloch County Parks and Recreation Dept. 1 Max Lockwood Dr. (intersection of Max Lockwood Dr. and Fair Road.) Cost of cook-out $ 10 per person, Under 12 years of age- $5.

Saturday June 14th
Saturday business session location: Russell Union Auditorium Georgia Southern University
Registration on site from 7:30-12:00 noon.

12:00-1:30 Saturday Noon Dinner location: GSU Rusell Union Ballroom
Cost of Dinner Luncheon is $13 (Children's menu available later on site)
1:30-1:45 Break
1:45-4:00 Afternoon business session- Russell Union.

Saturday Evening Banquet Supper at the Russell Union Ballroom
Cost is $28 per person. With presentation of debutantes and
Entertainment provided by the drama, songs and spoken word performance of "Soldiers in Grey" by  Stan Clardy

OREL Debutantes Presentation Applications due by 31 March 2003..(Note deadline extended.) Cost is $75 for entrants only including the Saturday night banquet meal. Banquet attendees will view the debs as part of the banquet entertainment at no additional costs. Sunday June 15th
9:00 am. - 10:30 .a.m. Memorial Service at Confederate Monument, Bulloch County Courthouse, followed by church service directed by Pastor John Weaver, Chaplain in Chief, SCV International.
10:30 Executive Council meeting site TBA.

Magnolia Springs State Park featuring the rare fresh water fish aquarium display, gators on the loose and a scenic nature walking tour (self-guided).

Guido Evangelistic Association's "Guido's Gardens" Metter, Ga. Home of the world famous Michael Guido and the Guido Evangelism Network.
Statesboro Regional Library- Genealogy Research Facility-Called "One of the best in Georgia".
George L. Smith State Park- huge lake, fishing, nature walk and rare vintage era covered bridge and mill.
Fort Pulaski National Monument- (Savannah)Site of Robert E. Lee's first assignment. Site shows visible effects of Yankee "rifled artillery" during siege in the War.
Fort McAllister- coastal defense fortifications. Site of March to the Sea attack against the 4th Georgia Cavalry Light Artillery. (@ Hour drive from Statesboro)

New Ebenezer- Historic Salzburger Settlement and Museum-(Effingham Co.) On the banks of the beautiful Savannah River.

The Ladson Genealogy Library, Church St., Vidalia Ga.
This nationally renowned library was formed in 1970 from the private collection of books donated by the late John E. "Jack" Ladson Jr. Get some sweet Vidalia onions and do some research all in the same town!
The Mighty 8th Air Force Museum in Pooler, Ga. ( Near Savannah)

Additionally: The Civil War Relic Hunters Show is scheduled in Savannah during this weekend. Details as yet not available.
